Shipping policy

Your Vibe ships cushioned, secured, and packed like the little piece of living art she is. If anything arrives unhappy, we’ll make it right — just reach out.

Orders are shipped Monday & Tuesday each week. Cutoff for upcoming week shipping is Saturday at 10am (PT).  Expected arrival within 3 - 5 business days. 

Due to Saturday 10am PT cutoff, orders placed after that will ship by end of Tuesday of the following week. 

Your Vibe's safety comes first. If weather conditions at your destination could put your plant at risk during transit, we will hold your shipment and reach out to find a shipping date that keeps your Vibe happy and healthy.
