Will my Vibe outgrow its container? Can I trim the roots or leaves?

Growth is part of the charm — you'll see new leaves and roots over time, which is honestly one of the most satisfying things about owning a Vibe. If things ever start to feel a little crowded, a light trim keeps everything looking intentional. We're always a message away if you have questions.

What happens if I miss a Spa Day?

Your Vibe is more forgiving than you'd expect. A day or two late is no big deal — just refresh when you can. Vibes don't have soggy soil, so they don't punish you for being a little behind.

Will this work for any indoor plant?

Not quite — not every plant makes the transition to water successfully. That's why we do that work for you. Every Vibe is fully rooted in water before it ships, and the plants in our collection are ones we've selected specifically because they thrive this way, long term. No experiments. No guesswork.

Shipping & arrival

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship Mondays and Tuesdays and arrive in 2–5 business days. Shipping is included in the price of every Vibe — no surprises at checkout.

What if my Vibe arrives damaged?

Tell us. Every Vibe is packed by hand and checked before it leaves, but if something's off when it arrives, we'll make it right. Reach out and we'll take care of you.

Gifting

Can I send a Vibe as a gift?

Absolutely — Vibes make exceptional gifts. At checkout, mark the order as a gift and we'll include a registration card in the package. Your recipient signs up for their own Spa Day text reminders, and future fertilizer refills ship directly to them. The whole experience transfers.
